Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Management Classes

HOW TO KEEP YOUR KIDNEYS GOING STRONG

  • Do you or a family member have early stages of kidney disease?

  • Take control of chronic kidney disease through knowledge.

  • Learn the right questions to ask your doctor.

If your blood pressure is over 120/80, or if you have a family history of high blood pressure or diabetes, you may be at risk for kidney disease.

Your kidneys are the master chemist of your body.  This class is intended for people with kidney disease and their families.  It offers basic information about kidney disease—causes, symptoms and tests—along with tools to reduce risk factors and prevent or slow the progression of kidney disease.  This class is taught by certified medical professionals.
